What you pay VoiceMatrix
No platform fee. No minimum. You pay only for the customers you sign.
$0.30
per minute for a speech-to-speech agent. Cascade agent $0.22 per minute. Inbound or outbound, same price. The AI, the phone line, recording, hosting, and support are all included.
$100
per active customer, per month. Covers one local phone number and the customer's account.
$2,000
per customer, one time. We build the agent, connect it, test it, and take it live.
Two kinds of agent, chosen with you at kickoff. Speech-to-speech: one model listens and talks, the most natural turn-taking, and what nearly all our customers run today. Cascade: transcription, the brain, and the voice are separate parts, cheaper and with more control over wording and voice, offered after a test call on the customer's use case. Above 20,000 minutes a month across all your customers, every minute is 5 cents cheaper.
What you charge is up to you
A flat monthly fee, a per-minute rate, packages, contracts. Your customers see your prices, never ours. One example: a business taking 50 calls a day at about 3 minutes each.

Questions partners ask
Does the customer see the VoiceMatrix name?
Yes. Each customer gets their own VoiceMatrix account and the product carries our name. You are the one who sold it, priced it, and invoices it. If your own logo on the product matters more than the margin, tell us: white-label editions in this market run about $2,000 a month in platform fees before minutes.
How good is the Hebrew?
Hebrew is what VoiceMatrix was built for. The capture logic knows the Hebrew-specific traps, like how numbers and names get transcribed, and every agent is tested with recorded Hebrew calls before go-live. Voice options, including Israeli-accented voices, are chosen with you at kickoff.
What can the agent connect to?
CRM, calendar, and any system with a webhook or REST API. The standard build includes one connection; more are quoted before we start.
How and when am I billed?
At the end of each month, for minutes used plus $100 per active customer. Setup is invoiced before the build starts. An account more than 10 days overdue is paused.
Can I charge whatever I want?
Yes. Flat fee, per minute, packages, contracts. Your customers see your prices, never ours. We recommend staying in the range where customers stay: the calculator above shows the break-even for any customer.
How many customers can you take on?
We build up to three customers at a time and go live in two to three weeks each. Customers above 5,000 minutes a month start after your first customer has run for 60 days.
Terms
Billing. We invoice you at the end of each month for minutes used plus $100 per active customer. Setup is invoiced before the build starts. An account more than 10 days overdue is paused.
Minutes. Inbound and outbound calls count the same, rounded up to the minute. Additional phone numbers are $10 a month each.
The customer's account. Each customer has their own VoiceMatrix account and accepts VoiceMatrix's terms. The product carries the VoiceMatrix name.
Capacity. We build up to three customers at a time. Customers above 5,000 minutes a month start after your first customer has run for 60 days.
Custom work. The $2,000 setup covers the standard build. Anything beyond it is estimated in writing before the work starts.
Scope. Only VoiceMatrix agents are sold as VoiceMatrix. No exclusivity by territory or industry.
Why not a white-label platform?
They typically charge $1,400 to $2,000 a month for the logo, $0.08 to $0.24 a minute for the raw engine, and then you build, tune, and support every agent yourself. Here there is no platform fee, and $0.30 a minute includes the build, the Hebrew, and the support.
